| REDWOOD SHORES, CA - Command Audio Corp., a pioneer in the development of broadcast on-demand media technology, today announced that Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) has purchased a license to use Command Audio’s patented PVR (personal video recorder, also known as digital video recorder, or DVR) technology.
The companies also jointly filed a motion in U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, to dismiss the litigation pending between them.
